After completion, the campus will have approximately 750,000 s.f. including open office workplace, R&D labs, an “urban living room,” conference center, rooftop garden, dining hall, fitness center, wellness clinic, and a 1,500 car parking deck.

We engaged synergy partners to provide a variety of products and solutions, including furniture, carpet and completed the phase one of construction (550,000 s.f.) in January, 2018 under budget.

Designed to achieve a LEED Double Platinum rating, the new state-of-the-art campus encompasses creativity, collaboration that empowers employees to choose workspaces that are best suited for individual needs. Its sustainability features include solar panels generating 191, 000 kW hours of energy per year and a water reclamation system which captures and filters 86% of all non-potable water required in the campus. The building offers first-hand experience of financial services, retail and hospitality to its customers.

The adjoining second phase of campus is presently under construction and is scheduled for delivery in October this year.
