Zappos decided to relocate its corporate headquarters to Las Vegas from suburban Nevada to breathe new life into its company. By making the effort to understand the retailer’s overall vision, we delivered more than just a new corporate headquarters. We transformed the historic Las Vegas City Hall building into a renovated landmark headquarters that brings new life to downtown Las Vegas, and we provided Zappos with a LEED Gold-certified workplace design that promotes better employee connectivity and engagement. A true win-win for both the retailer and the city.
