Centralizing to support international growth

With 1,000 stores opening each year across the globe, Under Armour needed help. The company engaged us to create a centralized Global Program Management Office (PMO) to tackle the openings in a consistent manner. Driven by their ambition, we pulled together a global team to design and construct new stores across the globe, and we created a database to track progress, budgets and results. Under Armour now has one global property site list and can see actual and upcoming project delivery dates. As a result, the company’s team can now play more strategic rather than tactical roles. The retailer refers to us as “world class partners.”
