United Properties selects JLL Project & Development Services for Gateway Project
Work has been under way for over a year with JLL supporting United Properties development team in the design, planning and procurement of services for this transformational project.
MINNEAPOLIS, July 9, 2019– JLL Project & Development Services will support all aspects of the RBC Gateway Project, including consultant management and construction oversight for the Gateway Tower core and shell, the Four Seasons Hotel, and subsequent tenant fit outs.
United Properties broke ground in mid-June on the RBC Gateway Project, a 37-floor, 1.2 million-square-foot building which will serve as the U.S. Headquarters for RBC Wealth Management and anchor the north end of Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis. In addition to the office space, the Gateway Project will include a 222-room hotel, operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and 31 Four Seasons-luxury branded residences. The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Minneapolis will be the first 5-Star hotel in Minneapolis.
